Vinitha is an administrative professional with abilities and background in project management. She has trained as a project manager for over 20 years. Vinitha is a natural leader and is passionate about developing projects and meeting goals. She has savvy for managing project schedules, strategic planning and business development. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors walking trails with her family.
John, a founder of OesterLINK LLC, is a seasoned IT Solutions Architect with over 18 years in the field. He has led several 24×7 Network Operation Center teams at several hosting and colocation data centers. John has built a wide breadth of knowledge, concentrating on Linux, virtualization, and network systems. His current focus is on DevOps, automation, and data security. John strives to improve value for companies by aligning them with their business goals. When he is not in the office, John enjoys time spent outdoors hiking with his family or in their garden.
Ryan, a founder of OesterLINK LLC, has accumulated a plethora of formal, in depth, IT training through 20 years in the Military. He earned his B.S. in Networks and Security, and holds multiple industry certifications from COMPTIA/ISC2, while maintaining a Top Secret Security Clearance. In his spare moments, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two young ones, and four furry kiddos.
Erin, the newest member of the OesterLINK LLC family, brings 10 years of her varied experiences in sales, teaching and marketing to the table. She holds a B.A. in Consumer and Environmental Sciences from Point Loma Nazarene University. Thinking outside the box and organization are her expertise. In her not so spare moments she is mom to two kids and four furry ones.
Markus joins our team in order to hone and learn new skills. He is currently a highschool Sophomore at Mater Dei Catholic Highschool.

They provide tutorials on how to compost, what plants grow well in our soil, and resources to help communities get started in sustainable living.
